Role Overview
We’re looking for a confident, inspiring, and business savvy leader to head our Sales Area Eastern Europe. You’ll set the strategic direction for our sales activities in the area, ensuring alignment with global targets, initiatives, and marketing plans.
What You Will Do
You’ll drive the global strategy on a regional level, ensure a purpose-driven, innovative, and digital growth direction that maximizes customer value, and lead and inspire our large sales organization within Eastern Europe.

Requirements
- Comprehensive experience in technical product sales and customer interfaces in a global setting
- Relevant degree in an area such as Sales, Business Administration or Engineering
- Experience in marketing and the industry is valued
- Ability to communicate confidently in English, additional regional languages are beneficial
