Role Overview

The Customer Experience Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone, assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries, and servicing. The role requires a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, effective team working skills, and a flexible approach to work. The advisor will be responsible for building relationships, finding solutions, and developing knowledge of services and products to help customers.

What You Will Do

The Customer Experience Advisor will act as the first point of contact for customers, assist with day-to-day transactions, queries, and servicing, answer customer calls, build relationships, and find solutions. The advisor will also develop their knowledge of services and products to help customers and identify new ways to improve the customer experience.

  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs

  • Ability to grow, adapt and change accommodating business needs and priorities
