Santen is a specialized company focused on eye health, seeking an Ophthalmology Account Manager to accelerate access to innovative treatments and build partnerships in the North West & Northern Ireland territory.
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a Sales Representative or Key Account Manager role within the UK market
- Proven sales performance and strong commercial acumen, with ownership and resilience to deliver results
- Experience managing accounts and strong knowledge of the assigned territory, ideally within hospital settings
- Skilled in influencing multi-stakeholder decision-making and navigating complex healthcare environments
- Good understanding of UK healthcare systems and market access dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across primary and secondary care settings
- ABPI qualified (essential); ophthalmology and/or product launch experience is a plus
