As Divisional Marketing Manager for Insurance, you will shape how our insurance portfolio is positioned and brought to market globally. This is a hands-on role where strategy and execution go hand in hand. You will work closely with Sales and a central global marketing team to drive demand, pipeline growth, and divisional revenue.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of B2B marketing or sales experience within the financial services industry, ideally in insurance
- Proven ability to market to senior insurance decision‐makers, with a strong track record in sales enablement and translating complex solutions into clear customer value
- C2‐level fluency in German and English, enabling confident creation, review, and refinement of customer‐facing content and campaigns
- Strong execution skills with a structured, systematic approach to project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‐paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills, combined with creativity, ownership, and a proactive way of working
