Role Overview
Join Scala Data Centers as a Sales Operations Analyst Sr to identify, prospect, and develop commercial opportunities in the data center market, focusing on colocation solutions. The role involves developing relationships with potential clients, understanding their infrastructure needs, and coordinating internal interfaces to develop commercial proposals.
What You Will Do
The Sales Operations Analyst Sr will be responsible for business development, commercial cycle management, relationship development, needs assessment, technical-commercial coordination, proposal development, negotiation and closure, and pipeline and forecast management.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales support, B2B consultative sales, commercial development, or corporate account management, with a strong understanding of client needs and commercial opportunities. Familiarity with sales and commercial cycles, CRM tools, and pipeline management is also required.
Requirements
- Complete higher education in related areas
- Previous experience in sales support, B2B consultative sales, commercial development, or corporate account management
- Experience with active prospecting, opportunity qualification, commercial relationship development, and contract negotiation
- Familiarity with sales and commercial cycles involving multiple decision-makers and technical areas
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into commercial opportunities and value proposals
- Skill to coordinate different internal and external stakeholders throughout the commercial process
- Knowledge of CRM tools and pipeline management
- Good analytical, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
