SchoolAI is seeking a GTM Enablement Leader to join its revenue org, responsible for building and maintaining a unified enablement hub, owning the GTM enablement calendar, and driving demo and pitch certification programs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in GTM enablement, revenue enablement, or sales enablement, with a strong understanding of the K–12 education landscape and experience working across revenue teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a GTM Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Enablement role
- Strong understanding of the K–12 education landscape
- Experience working across Revenue Teams
- Former teacher or educator background
- Demonstrated ability to build and run coaching programs, certification processes, and consistent call review cadences
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
