Role Overview

The Key Account Manager will own strategic relationships with key clients, drive revenue growth, and act as the primary point of contact for complex, high-value accounts.

Account ownership, revenue growth, stakeholder management, issue navigation, independent execution, reporting & forecasting, customer advocacy.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years in B2B account management, enterprise sales, or customer success

  • Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and collaboration platforms
