Data Governance & Analytics Manager

The Data Governance & Analytics Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining enterprise-wide data definitions, governance standards, and analytics enablement across the organization. This role ensures that data across enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), finance, manufacturing, and operational systems is accurate, consistent, trusted, and effectively used for decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business analytics, data management, computer science, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in data governance, analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise data management roles.
• Experience defining and standardizing KPIs, business metrics, and enterprise reporting structures.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, Dynamics) or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and metadata management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured data definitions and reporting logic.
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.
• Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional alignment on data standards.
