The Senior Manager, CRM & Marketing Operations role is a regional APAC position that requires a technically confident and strategically minded leader to lead SEEK’s Marketing Technology capability. The role involves setting the strategic direction for SEEK’s marketing technology ecosystem, defining the long-term platform vision, and leading a high-performing team.
Requirements
- Proven experience with minimum of 5 years in a senior martech, marketing operations role within a matrixed, data-driven organization.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing technical teams, with experience managing geographically dispersed teams of meaningful size.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and hands-on experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party partners; working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, or Braze is preferred
- Strong understanding of API-driven integration patterns, data activation, and platforms like AWS Athena and Databricks
- A track record of delivering martech strategy that drives measurable business impact.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A growth mindset and genuine enthusiasm for AI, automation, and the future of marketing technology.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills – able to clearly articulate strategy, trade offs, performance results and next steps to both technical and non technical audiences.
- Strong problem solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, structure complex topics and deliver outcomes at pace
