What You Will Do
The Financial Analyst will compile and analyze financial information, create financial reports, identify cost savings and revenue enhancement opportunities, and provide actionable insights to drive organizational change.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or a related field, one to three years of applicable finance experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and large-scale financial systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or a related field
- One to three years of applicable finance experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and large-scale financial systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written, with all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline-oriented environment
