People Business Partner Manager

Role Overview

As a People Business Partner Manager, you will be a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, embedding in the business to shape and deliver the People agenda that supports our growth. You will turn business strategy into practical People strategies, coach leaders through talent, performance, and organizational change decisions, and align partners across Talent Acquisition, People Technology, Total Rewards, and L&D.

What You Will Do

Primary responsibilities include partnering with customers, working with business leaders to drive the end-to-end People and talent agenda, enhancing business performance through the creation of thoughtful People Strategies, and ensuring we have top talent in the most critical roles.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of experience, at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP Role, strong collaboration skills, executive presence, and the ability to see patterns, diagnose issues, and recommend and develop both immediate and long-term solutions.
