Staff Technical Program Manager – Product Operations, Software Capitalization

SentinelOne is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead the software capitalization process, bridge Engineering, Product, Finance, Analytics, and Audit teams, and maintain quarterly reporting & compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, PMO, or roles in Product Operations / Engineering Operations in large-scale technology company environments.

Requirements

• Lead and manage the complete software capitalization process
• Partner with Engineering managers, Product managers, and VPs to accurately assess and categorize new feature development costs for capitalization eligibility
• Collaborate with external auditors and internal audit teams to ensure compliance with accounting, SOX and similar requirements
• Challenge Engineering and Product teams on feature capitalization decisions with intellectual rigor
• Own the data governance and reporting infrastructure
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
• Communicate complex financial and technical concepts across both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Work with global teams
