Associate Marketing Communications

Sertis is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Marketing Communications to join its Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys keeping things organized, moving projects forward, and supporting a fast-paced team across campaigns, events, partnerships, and communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role, fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Strong communication skills in both English and Thai, written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple trackers, timelines, and meeting notes simultaneously without losing accuracy
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and adapting to shifting priorities
• Basic understanding of a B2B business environment
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets, Google Slides, ClickUp, Notion, or CRM platforms
• Able to translate meeting discussions into clear, concise action items and summaries
• Genuine interest in AI trends and technology
