Business Development Coordinator – Management System Certification

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Business Development Coordinator to support the growth of our Management System Certification services. This role is ideal for someone with experience in B2B sales coordination, customer engagement, lead generation, and commercial proposal management, preferably within a certification, testing, inspection, or auditing environment.

What You Will Do

Identify potential customers, generate leads, qualify business enquiries, and identify opportunities to expand certification services. Gather customer requirements, coordinate technical reviews, and prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and tender submissions. Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients, follow up on opportunities, and support customer retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in business development coordination, inside sales, sales support, or customer service.
• Experience in a B2B services environment is preferred, particularly in certification, testing, inspection, auditing, or a related industry.
• Understanding of management system certification services and the certification lifecycle would be an advantage.
• Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
• Good working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and presentation tools.
• Strong communication, customer follow-up, organizational, and coordination skills.
• A commercially aware and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.
