Role Overview

The Manager, Go-to-Market Excellence is responsible for translating approved business strategies into exceptional guest experiences. This leader owns cross-functional commercialization from initiative approval through national launch, ensuring every activation is coordinated across the organization, communicated effectively, and delivered consistently across every guest touchpoint and channel.

What You Will Do

Own end to end GTM (go-to-market) activation for business initiatives from approval through national launch. Translate marketing strategy into detailed execution plans across every guest touchpoint and marketing channel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, commercialization, project management, product marketing, or cross-functional business leadership.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through launch
• Exceptional organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience navigating ambiguity while driving alignment across multiple teams.
• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of broader business objectives.
