Role Overview

RTS and Shamrock Trading Corporation are looking for a Business Development Representative to focus on onboarding, supporting and managing new and existing accounts for RTS Carrier Services. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a dynamic, ambitious and outgoing personality.

What You Will Do

Work closely with sales teams to set up new business and ensure successful onboarding, build and maintain strong relationships, analyze client accounts to identify sales growth opportunities, and participate in strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of customer service or account management experience
  • Excellent computer skills (Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinking and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
