GTM Recruiter

ShopMy is looking for a GTM Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team to build and scale a best-in-class recruiting function for our GTM organization.

Requirements

• Proven track record hiring high-caliber GTM talent in a fast-paced environment
• Strong talent judgment – you know what excellence looks like and consistently raise the bar
• Familiarity with technical domains and ability to engage credibly with Engineering, Product, and Design candidates
• High ownership and accountability; you take responsibility for hiring outcomes end-to-end
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills; able to partner with and challenge senior leaders
