Operations and Business Development Manager

The Operations & Business Development Manager – Medical Tourism will oversee the daily operations of the Tanzania branch while driving business growth and patient acquisition for international medical treatment services, primarily in India.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Medical Sciences, Nursing, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical tourism, hospital operations, international patient coordination, healthcare marketing, or healthcare business development.
• Fluency in English and Swahili.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent networking and business development abilities.
• Good understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and reporting tools.
• Professional presentation and client-handling skills.
