Role Overview
The Sales Director – Financial Services will lead the financial services team in setting AI strategies and building modern tools for customers. The role will involve prospecting, managing relationships, negotiating, and closing complex deals. The team partners with systemically important banks, neobanks, insurers, and vertically integrated ecosystems to transform the customer experience and make the industry more accessible, human, and affordable.
What You Will Do
Prospecting & lead generation, managing relationships, negotiating & closing complex deal cycles, sales strategy & planning, and collaborating cross-functionally with the broader GTM team, product, technical, and operations orgs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing sales role, identifying and closing large accounts, managing a $1M+ quota, and running end-to-end complex 6- and 7-figure ACV deals. Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and industry knowledge are also required.
