Role Overview
Join the Healthcare team at Sierra to transform the patient experience across the healthcare system. As a Sales Director, you will lead negotiations with existing and prospective customers, address objections, and close deals. You will also develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
What You Will Do
Prospecting & lead generation, managing relationships, negotiating & closing complex deal cycles, sales strategy & planning, and collaborating cross-functionally.

- Experience managing a $1M+ quota
- Running end-to-end complex 6- and 7-figure ACV deals
