Senior Data Analyst, Strategic Health Analytics

Role Overview

As a Sr. Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Clinical and Commercial business development through rigorous, evidence-based analysis. This role blends technical problem-solving with strategic thinking, shaping sound analytical approaches to ambiguous questions, executing analyses with rigor, and synthesizing findings into clear, decision-ready narratives for internal stakeholders and external-facing conversations.

What You Will Do

You will partner with Clinical, Commercial, and Product stakeholders to identify core questions, translate them into clear analytical approaches and actionable answers, analyze complex datasets using SQL, Tableau, and other analytical tools to uncover trends, evaluate opportunities, and inform strategic decisions, and build and maintain reliable analytical assets that integrate multiple data sources and improve accessibility, consistency, and trust in the data.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data analysis, research, or related quantitative roles
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI and visualization tools
• Proficiency in Python or a similar analytical programming language
• Strong analytical and statistical foundation, including experience with methods such as regression, hypothesis testing, experimentation, or related approaches
• Proven ability to take ambiguous questions, structure a sound analytical approach, and deliver clear, convincing insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into accessible narratives for a range of stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively across functions
• Interest in learning the healthcare domain and applying analytics to strategic healthcare questions
