People Operations Specialist

As a People Operations Specialist, you will deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient PX operational services for Germany, ensuring a smooth employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. You will work closely with global and regional teams to ensure accurate people data, timely resolution of HR queries, and excellence in process execution.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, or equivalent experience, and knowledge of Germany labor law and work environment regulations
• Has experience of qualified HR work
• Has strong communication skills and can express themselves well in both German and English, verbally and in writing
• Basic knowledge about German: HR processes, policies, benefits and taxation Rules
• Responsible and proactive approach with solid communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively, organize and prioritize tasks independently
• Positive, can-do mindset: collaborative, flexible, resourceful and eager to learn and grow
• Experience working with Microsoft Office packages and HCM systems
• Ability to always maintain confidentiality
• Has a strong sense of structure
• Enjoys working with change and improvement initiatives
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
