Influencer Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As Influencer Marketing Manager at + Me, you will be accountable for delivering against the growth targets of the influencer marketing channel across multiple brands. You will lead a team of 8+ direct reports and be accountable for the day-to-day management, development and wellbeing of your team.

What You Will Do

Your main objective is to hire, lead and develop a large team helping them do their best work and exceed targets. You will allocate resources within the team to meet the demands of the business, fine-tune our ways of working, and ensure the team grows, maintains and nurtures relationships with influencers.

We are after an experienced Manager with a bias for process and planning, who is ready to lead a large team and help them deliver their best work, at scale. Outstanding analytical skills and a solid understanding of growth metrics is essential.

Requirements

• Experience leading and motivating a large team (ideally 6+ people) in a fast-paced, data-led business.
• Strong commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of key marketing drivers.
• Track record of setting up and fine tuning processes.
• Experience implementing tests and learning from results.
• A team player who’s happy to get stuck in, supporting all areas of the business.
• An appreciation of the more creative side of marketing.
• An interest in healthcare, wellness and skincare.
