The Growth Manager – Global Defence will play a key role in achieving growth by shaping priority pursuits and enabling cross‐regional collaboration within the Global Defence growth team.
Requirements
- Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting or leading complex, high‐value business development and pursuit activity.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, multinational professional services environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions, regions, and seniority levels.
- Analytical and structured thinker, able to translate complex and ambiguous information into insights and actions.
- Demonstrated track record in growth, business development, sales, or pursuit leadership within engineering or professional services.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities concurrently.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
