Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager develops best-in-class social media, email, and paid media campaigns. They work closely with other members of the Marketing and Communications team to develop, execute, and measure digital marketing initiatives in support of the Society of Actuaries’ strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Develop digital marketing strategy and optimize key tactics
- Create and manage social media strategy and execution across global platforms
- Develop and execute data-driven email marketing strategies
- Manage the development and ongoing optimization of database management, audience segmentation, and marketing automation
- Measure and report on digital marketing campaigns
- Create paid media campaigns to promote SOA’s professional development offerings
- Manage the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist and create a collaborative, effective team
- Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and renewals of software licenses for marketing technology stack
