Principal Product Operations Manager – Launches

Role Overview

Socure’s rapid growth requires investment in a sophisticated launch process. The Principal Product Operations Manager – Launches will build and lead a small Launch Operations team to maintain clear visibility across upcoming product launches and keep cross-functional teams aligned.

What You Will Do

Run the weekly launch accountability forum, set up and run a weekly launch check-in, serve as the driving force in the room, maintain a consistent accountability cadence, own the launch checklist, and work with teammates to refine the checklist over time.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or cross-functional tech operations, and proven experience running effective accountability rhythms and managing or building a team of contractors and FTEs from the ground up.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or cross-functional tech operations inside product or engineering teams
• Proven experience running effective accountability rhythms (recurring reviews, status dashboards, operating cadence) that build trust and drive results through influence
• Demonstrated success managing or building a team of contractors and FTEs from the ground up
• Comfort working with product roadmap tools (Aha!, Productboard) and issue tracking software (e.g. Jira, Linear); familiarity with spreadsheets and basic analytics is a must
• Good understanding of product and software development lifecycles across different launch scales (new products vs. enhancements)
• Strong meeting facilitation skills – able to guide discussions, align key stakeholders, and secure clear commitments
• Clear written communication style that makes progress updates and key takeaways easy to digest for leadership and partner teams
• Ability to establish practical, hands-on processes today while identifying opportunities to automate and scale over time
