Role Overview

We’re looking for a demand gen leader who can own the full pipeline function — strategy, execution, and the team behind it. You’ll manage two existing team members and be the person accountable for turning marketing investment into revenue.

What You Will Do

Manage pipeline and MQL targets, develop a full-funnel strategy across paid, email, lifecycle, and campaigns, and manage a two-person demand gen team.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You’ll have high ownership and grit, be comfortable owning paid performance and systems, and have strong data skills. Experience with PLG or product-led + sales hybrid is a strong plus.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years in B2B SaaS demand gen
  • At least 2 years managing a team
  • Experience with HubSpot or equivalent
  • Strong data skills
