Business Development Consultants are responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in an assigned region, responsible for the achievement of maximum profitability and growth, in line with the company vision and values. They sell annual pond and lake management services, achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, and develop a territory growth plan and manage prospective customer lifecycle via Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and training
- 3+ years of sales experience in a hunting capacity preferred
- Strong business acumen with a background in sales, relationship development and/or excellent customer experience
- Experience analyzing financial reports, in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Available to travel as needed (up to 20% or more)
- Available to work Monday-Friday
- Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
