The Senior CRM Data Analyst will identify data inconsistencies, diagnose root causes, propose solutions, and transform complex data into insights that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
What You Will Do
The Senior CRM Data Analyst will validate and monitor customer data quality, investigate discrepancies, identify data flaws, and work with teams to define and implement corrective actions.

Requirements
- Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (D360)
- Proven experience troubleshooting and investigating data quality issues at scale
- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience working with data warehouses such as Snowflake
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
