Role Overview

An Inside Sales Associate is responsible to maintain, identify and grow customer base, provide consistent and superior customer service, increase sales and margin, and follow up on all accounts. This role is part of the Capital Electric team, which offers electrical products and services to contractors and operates in multiple states.

What You Will Do

Provide timely, accurate, and complete project quotations, manage project orders, negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and customers, and perform other sales-related tasks.

Requirements

  • High School or GED
  • 1-2 years counter experience – electrical distribution industry preferred
  • Solid customer service background
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite – Eclipse knowledge preferred
  • Good and dependable mathematic, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Reliable, responsible, and a great work ethic
