Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join their Consumer Engagement team for an initial 6-month period. The role involves delivering lifecycle campaigns, building and deploying campaigns within lifecycle marketing platforms, and analyzing campaign performance. The successful candidate will have experience in B2C marketing, customer lifecycle management, and engagement marketing, and be able to work collaboratively across cultures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2C marketing, customer lifecycle management, and engagement marketing
- Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns within lifecycle marketing platforms
- Self-starter who takes ownership of campaign delivery end-to-end
- Highly organised and able to handle a full workload
- Passionate about the customer and able to make decisions based on quantitative and qualitative consumer insights
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a consistent track record in data-based decision making
- Innovative and constantly exploring new ways of doing things and challenging the status quo
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, Interactive Studio or equivalent ESP
- Experienced in establishing relationships and operating compassionately across cultures
Benefits
- Day Rate: £225 – £250 per day
