Requirements
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in category management, product marketing, product data, digital marketing, sourcing, vendor management, or related fields
- Proven experience researching and building product categories, ideally in flooring, building materials, home improvement, interiors, or adjacent industries
- Strong understanding of SEO-driven demand analysis and how search behavior informs category and product decisions
