AMI Data Analyst – Forest Park, GA

The AMI Data Analyst will analyze daily meter performance, ensure data continuity and quality, and identify operational exceptions causing data transmit issues. They will work with other team members to conduct daily analysis of system performance, initiate corrective action, identify performance trends, and develop operational processes to improve data collection.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in business, computer systems, or engineering
• Minimum of three years’ experience in Customer Services, Metering Services, Distribution Operations or Technology Organization
• Working knowledge of CIS (CSS), Work Management System (ARMS), WattNet Plus, Itron MV-90 and Sensus
• Basic knowledge of rate applications (residential and commercial)
• Ability to manage complex technology and business issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
