Role Overview
As a Data Analytics Manager, you’ll lead pre-sales, estimation, scoping, design, and delivery of modern analytics solutions on Snowflake. You’ll act as a hands-on architect and delivery lead on your own projects, while also providing technical guidance and people leadership to team members deployed across multiple client engagements.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end Snowflake solution architecture, lead the data engineering lifecycle, design and build POCs for modern analytics stacks, translate client business needs into technical solution designs, and manage day-to-day technical relationship with client stakeholders.

Requirements
- 8+ years in business intelligence/analytics solution delivery
- SnowPro Core certified; SnowPro Advanced: Architect preferred
- Strong SQL development skills
- Knowledge of BI and analytics tools
- 3+ years of consulting/project-based delivery experience
- Demonstrated experience writing business requirements, use cases/user stories, and functional test cases
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a technical team
- Proven ability to lead client conversations, present architecture decisions to technical and business stakeholders, and support sales cycles
