Go-to-Market Engineer

Speechify is looking for a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and maintain SIMBA’s outbound infrastructure, own the GTM tech stack, and deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach generation. The ideal candidate has experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical lean and has personally built outbound systems from scratch. The role involves working with the modern GTM stack, including Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, and REST APIs.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
• Ability to ship fast, keep things simple, and don’t wait for permission
