Sprinklr is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to own the cross-suite AI narrative that ties together Sprinklr’s Marketing, Voice of Customer (VoC), and Service product lines into a unified, compelling platform story. The role requires a strong AI background, familiarity with innovation across leading AI model companies, sharp strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the Principal Product Marketing Managers leading the Service, Marketing, and VoC product lines.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, or a closely related role with a strong focus on AI, ML, or AI-native SaaS platforms
- AI background – Deep understanding of modern AI architectures and ability to translate them into market-facing narratives
- B2B SaaS experience – Prior experience marketing enterprise SaaS products, ideally in CX, marketing technology, or AI-powered platforms
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills – Comfortable working alongside multiple Product Marketing Managers/ leads and aligning on shared narratives without formal authority
- Exceptional storytelling skills – Ability to make complex AI concepts accessible and compelling for both technical and business audiences
- Analytical and data-driven – Uses market research, competitive intelligence, and win/loss data to inform positioning decisions
- Proficient in agentic frameworks, with the ability to apply them to automate work and improve team-wide efficiency
