FP&A Manager

We are looking for a qualified finance professional to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team at Squarepoint, a leading quantitative investment manager. The role will support the delivery of three-statement financial and non-financial modelling, planning and analysis.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in an FP&A, finance, planning or similar analytical role
• Strong understanding of financial modelling principles
• Experience building, maintaining or improving financial models
• Experience using an Enterprise Performance Management tool
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with LLM tools
• Strong communication skills
• High personal standards and attention to detail
• Independent mindset and ability to challenge existing processes
• Proactive work ethic and ability to work under pressure
• Curious mindset and interest in understanding the wider business
• Experience building business cases and financial models
• Experience with data visualisation
• General understanding of a programming language such as SQL, Python or M
