Requirements
- 2–4 years in B2B growth, demand gen, or outbound marketing
- Hands-on with cold email platforms — Instantly strongly preferred
- HubSpot proficiency (workflows, sequences, lists, dashboards)
- Comfort with enrichment tools — Clay strongly preferred
