Head of Sales Engagement

The Head of Sales Engagement is responsible for developing, implementing, and communicating the employee value proposition for frontline Affluent Banking job families within WRB. The role ensures that all frontline FTE are appropriately trained, developed & engaged in the delivery of WRB’s growth targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a senior employee development role, preferably in a global or multi-national financial services organization
  • Strong understanding of program management designed to drive business objectives & outcomes
  • Understanding of sales processes, methodologies & best practices an advantage
  • Awareness of government / industry training agencies & external providers of development programs
