Role Overview

As a Finance Shared Services Trainer, you’ll play a key role in helping Order to Cash teams build the knowledge, confidence, and consistency they need to do their best work. You’ll create engaging learning experiences, support process excellence, and make a meaningful impact on team performance, compliance, and customer support.

What You Will Do

Design, implement, and facilitate training programs that help Finance Shared Services teams understand processes, systems, and best practices with confidence. Create practical training materials and lead in-person workshops, virtual webinars, and on-the-job coaching.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in training, facilitation, coaching, or employee development
• 3+ years Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or relevant work experience
• Strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
