Role Overview

The Director of Marketing Technology is responsible for defining and executing PSECU’s enterprise Marketing Technology (MarTech) strategy, roadmap, governance, and platform ecosystem. This role leads the technology, data, and operational capabilities that power personalized member experiences across digital channels and supports PSECU’s strategic objectives for growth, engagement, retention, and product adoption.

What You Will Do

Develop and lead the enterprise Marketing Technology (MarTech) strategy, oversee the administration, optimization, integration, security, and performance of the marketing technology ecosystem, drive enterprise personalization and customer journey strategies, and establish and optimize marketing automation capabilities across omnichannel platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelors: Business Administration (Required)
  • Bachelors: Information Systems (Required)
  • Masters
  • 10 years’ experience of progressive experience in Marketing Technology, Digital Experience, CRM, Marketing Operations.
  • 5 years of people leadership experience.
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and education.
