Microsoft Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a Microsoft Solutions Engineer to join the State Information Technology Services Division (SITSD) in the State of Montana Department of Administration. The successful candidate will design and develop solutions to complex system problems or administration issues, and will be responsible for working with other engineers to implement, manage, and support Microsoft technologies.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Information Technology or Computer Science related field
• 3 years’ experience developing IT solutions to meet business needs
• 3 or more years’ experience managing a corporate exchange or email environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange On Premise and Online, Microsoft PowerShell, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office 365, LDAP and Active Directory, VMWare VSphere, Desktop Technology, Microsoft Windows Server OS, Computer Networking, Database structure, Microsoft Visual Studio, and Proofpoint Secure Email Gateway
