The Quality Assurance Officer is a senior quality leader responsible for defining, governing, and executing end-to-end quality assurance strategies for enterprise applications, data platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
Requirements
- 10-14 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Testing roles within banking or regulated enterprise environments
- Strong experience testing Java and Spring Boot applications and microservices
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark data platforms
- Strong focus on data quality validation and reconciliation frameworks
- Experience in performance testing, load testing, and system scalability validation
- Ability to define and govern QA frameworks, standards, and controls
- Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD quality gates
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and AWS environments
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
