Job Description
As a Sales Operations professional, you will play a key role in structuring and optimizing our sales organization. As a true partner to the Sales teams, you will help improve processes, data quality, and performance management to support Ekie’s growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Structure, optimize, and document commercial processes throughout the sales cycle
- Administer and evolve our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure reliability and efficiency
- Track key performance indicators, produce reports, and contribute to the reliability of sales forecasts
- Deploy automations and improve tools to increase operational efficiency
- Support Sales teams in adopting processes and tools
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities leveraging automation tools, no-code solutions, and artificial intelligence
Required Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or equivalent role.
Required Skills
- Solid understanding of commercial processes: sales cycle, pipeline, forecast, closing
- Ability to structure, optimize, and document Sales processes (tools, workflows, best practices)
- CRM mastery and ability to ensure data quality
- Analysis and monitoring of commercial KPIs (conversion, churn, individual and collective performance)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams
- Autonomy: end-to-end responsibility for topics, prioritization, ability to make proposals
- Good communication skills, pedagogy, and sense of internal service

- Experience in startups or high-growth environments
- Appetite for automation and tool optimization (no-code, AI, simple scripts)
