Reporting to the Area sales manager Distribution, you will be responsible of a dedicated Customer Portfolio or a sub region within Europe, Middle East and Africa area. You will promote and sell Stepan’s products to potential customers within their specified territory, either directly or through Distributors, in line with company standards, and ensuring all sales targets are met.
Requirements
- Responsible for building the best regional Channel to Market approach in line with Sales strategy – Direct vs Indirect.
- Negotiates quarterly price supply agreement with regional customers and Distributors.
- Fosters collaboration and mobilizes the organization to support Customer focused activities.
- Delivers the Commercial Targets – Making the numbers.
- Maintains customer records (call reports/history) in Salesforce CRM to required standards (within 1 week).
- Updates regularly the SF opportunity list linked to the territory.
- Updates forecast in SAP.
