Role Overview

The Incentive Compensation Analyst will support the calculation, administration, and continuous improvement of our incentive compensation programs while partnering with stakeholders across the organization.

What You Will Do

Generate regular reports, establish process documentation, assist with technology implementation, maintain auditing and compliance documentation, communicate with operation personnel, and ensure there is a clear process for resolving issues and discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
  • Advanced Excel skills in modeling and complex formulas
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, regulations, and calculation processes
  • Preferred experience with a Commission Calculation Software (CaptivateIQ, Xactly)
