We are looking for a strategic, data-obsessed Senior UA Manager to own our growth engine, controlling significant budgets and leading performance across multiple channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years running UA or performance marketing in mobile gaming
- Strong analytical chops: advanced Excel / Google Sheets, comfortable with complex data sets
- Hands-on experience with MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.) and DSPs/social ad platforms
- Familiarity with pLTV modeling and ROAS-based bidding strategies
- Agile and calm under pressure: you can pivot fast without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Genuine passion for mobile gaming and a solid read on the industry landscape
