Retention Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Retention Marketing Coordinator to join our team to help us drive repeat purchase and LTV across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and other supporting channels.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or retention marketing
• Highly proficient Klaviyo experience required
• Working knowledge of retention marketing across multiple channels
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
• Experience with GA4
• High attention to detail
