Role Overview
Drive the Marketing team in Japan area to increase business and market share for ST MCUs (STM32 and all families addressing Industrial and Automotive).
What You Will Do
Define, plan, and carry out the strategy necessary for maximizing sales, market share, and margins for all MCU products. Understand the market, including customer database, market data, and key customers. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve results.

The role requires a deep understanding of the market, customer database, and market data. The candidate should be able to relay to division applications where ST solutions are absent and document trends and new applications where current, future, or to-be-defined ST MCUs could be positioned.
Requirements
- Master degree
- At least 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
- Knowledgeable on MCU market, Industrial and Automotive
- Fluent in English
