FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

Street Group is a fast-moving B2B SaaS business looking for an FP&A Analyst to help drive growth. The role involves shaping the FP&A function, owning data, and supporting models for board packs and investor reporting.

What You Will Do

The FP&A Analyst will work closely with the FP&A Lead and finance team, owning performance trackers, reporting models, and dashboards to track commercial and financial performance.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or analytical roles, and will be able to explain numbers in plain language to non-finance stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in an FP&A, commercial finance or analytical role
• part-qualified or newly qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• meticulous and detail-driven individual with a strict commitment to accuracy and precision
• experience building driver-based models for budgets and forecasts
• advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• AI-native mindset
• ability to explain numbers in plain language to non-finance stakeholders
